Key Responsibilities Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for various clients across industries Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to craft effective ad strategies Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives to meet KPIs Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copy, visuals, and video content Prepare campaign performance reports and deliver insights and recommendations Stay updated on the latest Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices Assist senior media buyers and digital strategists on larger client accounts Requirements 0–2 years of experience in Meta Ads or a related digital marketing field (internships or freelancing count!)
