Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll management, ensuring timely payment processing and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Coordinate HR operations, including benefits administration, performance appraisals, and training programs.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, attendance tracking, and compliance with labor laws.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in human resource management or related field (corporate HR).
  • Strong understanding of HR administration principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word) for document preparation and record-keeping.
