Job Overview

Diarch Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, and handling errands to maintain a smooth workflow in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Handle indoor and outdoor office errands such as delivering documents, bank visits, etc.
• Support administrative staff in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure pantry and office supplies are well-stocked.
• Help in setting up meeting rooms and workstations when required.

Requirements

• Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and punctual.
• Ability to handle office errands and basic administrative tasks.
• Polite and professional behavior.
