Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee
employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling
to maintain a positive work culture.
Design and execute
training & development programs
to enhance employee skills.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies
.
Handle
payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory deductions (PF/ESI/Gratuity)
.
Conduct
performance management and appraisal processes
.
Maintain and update
HR records, employee data, and HRIS systems
.
Collaborate with management for
workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and succession planning
.
Drive initiatives for
employee retention, motivation, and workplace safety
.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR, Industrial Relations, or equivalent
.
Experience:
2-5 years of HR experience
with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of
HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
.
Proven experience in
recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and performance management
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage HR operations in a
manufacturing or industrial setup
(preferred).
Proficiency in
HR software, MS Office, and HRIS systems
.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to
build positive employee relations
.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
