We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and program teams in managing recruitment, onboarding, and people operations for our Skill Development Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in sourcing trainers, facilitators, and project staff through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interview processes, and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain and update a talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming skill development projects.
• Prepare offer letters, maintain HR records, and assist in induction sessions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of trainers and project associates.
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support.
• Contribute to drafting HR policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Support in designing and executing employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate internal training programs and collect feedback to improve effectiveness.

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable making calls to candidates as part of recruitment processes.

Core Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in reporting and HR data management.
