Location: Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and strengthen our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision and hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and organizational development. As a key contributor to business success, the HR Manager will lead efforts to attract top talent, build a thriving company culture, and ensure HR strategies align with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Optimize hiring strategies through the use of free and paid job platforms.

Onboarding & Learning

  • Deliver a structured and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Develop and execute training programs that support employee growth and compliance.
  • Uphold internal HR processes and standards.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the primary contact for resolving employee issues and concerns.
  • Promote a workplace culture of inclusivity, openness, and collaboration.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communications.

Performance Management

  • Establish and manage performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Support managers in defining KPIs and career development plans.
  • Address performance gaps with effective coaching and action plans.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and implement fair, competitive compensation structures.
  • Administer benefits programs in line with company policies and regulations.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and updated HR records and documentation.

Policy Development

  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in alignment with legal standards and company goals.
  • Ensure consistent communication and implementation of policies across all teams.

Health & Safety

  • Promote a healthy, secure, and legally compliant work environment.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to workplace safety protocols.

Culture & Retention

  • Plan and execute wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Implement retention strategies to boost employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Support workforce planning through data analysis and HR metrics.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational development efforts.

Candidate Profile

  • Preferred Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR, particularly in recruitment and HR operations
  • Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
