Location: Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR function. This key leadership role encompasses the full range of HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture, strengthening employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with strategic business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
  • Strengthen recruitment strategies using both paid and free job portals.

Onboarding & Employee Development

  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives to support employee growth and legal compliance.
  • Maintain adherence to internal HR standards and regulatory requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a culture of openness, inclusion, and collaboration.
  • Lead communication and engagement efforts across the organization.

Performance Management

  • Establish and manage effective performance review systems.
  • Facilitate goal setting, KPI development, and career progression plans.
  • Address underperformance through structured support and feedback mechanisms.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and oversee competitive compensation structures.
  • Manage benefits administration in accordance with legal and organizational policies.

Compliance & Records Management

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate and secure records of all HR documentation.

Policy Development & Enforcement

  • Draft, revise, and implement HR policies in line with legal and industry standards.
  • Ensure policies are clearly communicated and consistently enforced.

Health & Safety

  • Champion a safe and healthy workplace environment.
  • Oversee wellness programs and ensure compliance with occupational safety norms.

Culture & Retention

  • Plan and lead recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
  • Drive employee satisfaction and retention through targeted engagement strategies.

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Use HR data and analytics to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Lead organizational change efforts and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and HR operations.
