Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Coordinate the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.

2. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Organize orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure documentation is complete.

3. Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., attendance, leave, personal files).
  • Update HR databases with new hire information and changes.
  • Handle HR documentation like contracts, warnings, and appraisals.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data.
  • Coordinate with finance/payroll departments for salary disbursement.
  • Support in administering employee benefits (insurance, bonuses, etc.).

5. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives like team-building events, surveys, etc.
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Promote a healthy workplace culture.

6. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
  • Help with audits and documentation for compliance purposes.

7. Performance Management

  • Assist in performance review processes (e.g., organizing appraisal cycles).
  • Maintain performance evaluation records.
  • Coordinate with managers to track employee goals and KPIs.

8. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions.
  • Maintain records of employee development and progress.

9. Exit Process Management

  • Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.
  • Handle resignation and termination processes.
  • Analyze exit feedback for HR strategy improvement.

10. HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare reports on HR metrics like turnover rates, recruitment stats, etc.
  • Provide insights to management based on data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
