About the Role

Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for various roles
• Source candidates through

  job portals, social media, internal databases, networking

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with selected candidates
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS
• Build strong stakeholder relationships
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in

  Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

• Hands-on experience in

  bulk hiring / corporate hiring / technical or non-technical hiring

• Strong understanding of sourcing channels and hiring tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and high hiring volumes
• Leadership experience required for

  Lead-Level

  roles (Ahmedabad)

Salary _

• Noida / Lucknow / Chandigarh:

  Up to

  5.5 LPA

• Delhi:

  Up to

  6 LPA
