The ideal candidate must be highly proactive, thrive under pressure, and excel in meeting demanding hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for sales and tele-sales roles with urgency and ownership. Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, walk-ins, and referrals. Conduct fast and effective telephonic/video screenings to assess suitability. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand urgent manpower needs and close roles swiftly. Plan and execute walk-in drives and mass hiring events regularly to meet high-volume targets. Deliver closures within aggressive timelines while maintaining candidate quality. Track recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards to ensure performance visibility. Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and hiring standards. Key Requirements: Must have 2–4 years of bulk hiring experience specifically for sales/tele-sales roles in fast-paced BPO environments. Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Keka, Pyjama, etc. Proven ability to work under pressure , hit aggressive targets, and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and time management skills. Experience conducting walk-in drives, mass hiring events , and telephonic assessments. Highly self-driven, energetic, and execution-focused with a "get-it-done" attitude. Nice to Have: Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management platforms. Experience supporting onboarding and candidate engagement activities. Basic understanding of BPO sales metrics and performance KPIs.
