Job Requirement Analysis Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Create and update job descriptions and specifications. 2. Sourcing Candidates Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) to find potential candidates. Leverage social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 3. Screening & Shortlisting Review resumes and applications. Conduct preliminary phone or video screenings. Shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. 4. Interview Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate written tests, technical rounds, and HR interviews. Ensure smooth communication and follow-up. 5. Candidate Evaluation Gather feedback from interviewers. Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Help in finalizing the selection decision. 6. Offer Management Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary packages. Ensure all pre-employment checks (background, references) are completed. Follow up with candidates until they join. 7. Onboarding Support Coordinate with HR operations for new hire onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience from selection to joining. 8. Recruitment Reporting Maintain records of hiring metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, etc.). Report to management on hiring progress and challenges. 9. Employer Branding Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work. Represent the company at job fairs and campus recruitment drives. 10. Compliance Ensure all recruitment practices align with labor laws and company policies.
