🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic/video HR rounds. Schedule technical rounds with team leads. Manage candidate follow-ups and offer rollouts. Onboarding & Documentation Collect and verify employee documents. Coordinate virtual onboarding and orientation sessions. Employee Management Maintain employee records digitally (attendance, leaves, payroll coordination). Address basic HR queries and escalate issues to management if required. Payroll & Compliance Support Coordinate with accounts team for salaries and reimbursements. Assist in managing statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.) through online portals. ✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, compliance). Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and HRMS software (Zoho People/Keka is a plus).
