Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact digital campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through a mix of paid, organic, and content strategies. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy (awareness → conversion → retention) Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube Own website performance (SEO, traffic, CRO) and lead generation funnels Manage and grow email marketing and CRM campaigns (e.g. onboarding, drip, upsell flows) Coordinate with content, design, and product teams for campaign execution Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and drive data-backed decisions Explore and implement marketing automation tools to scale growth Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity Required Skills & Qualifications:3–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth marketing Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush), and email platforms Strong grasp of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, bounce rate, etc. Proven experience managing paid ad budgets with positive ROI Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability Working knowledge of tools like Canva/Figma, Webflow/WordPress, and CRM platforms Bonus Points:Experience in D2C, SaaS, or export-based industries Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) Previous work in growth-stage startups What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Flexible working hours and remote options Opportunity to lead a high-impact growth function Rapid career growth with mentorship from industry veterans
