Senior Solar Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation Supervision
• Lead teams in installing photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or ground mounts.
• Ensure proper configuration of panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
• System Testing & Maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance on solar systems.
• Diagnose and repair system faults (e.g., low output, inverter issues).
• Quality & Safety Compliance
• Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks.
• Team Leadership
• Train and guide junior technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and electricians.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain service logs, checklists, and performance records.
