Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Conduct structured monthly 1:1s with employees across Tech, Product, and Analytics
teams to gather feedback, build trust, and identify concerns.
  • Analyze feedback and share insights with HR leadership and functional heads to
co-create meaningful interventions.
  • Partner with managers to drive engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives
tailored to technical teams.
Attrition & Risk Management
  • Conduct detailed exit interviews and maintain dashboards on attrition trends, reasons
for exit, and team-specific insights.
  • Identify early signals of disengagement or flight risk, and work with managers to
implement retention strategies.
  • Own and track action plans for critical talent segments in high-risk areas.
Performance & Development
  • Support goal-setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews in partnership with function
leaders.
  • Ensure performance conversations are fair, timely, and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to roll out targeted upskilling initiatives for tech/product
roles.
People Analytics & Reporting
  • Maintain HRBP dashboards with insights on attrition, engagement, 1:1 outcomes, and
performance ratings.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to influence people decisions and drive
continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in an HR Business Partner role; experience working with
Tech/Product/Analytics teams is essential.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, high-growth, or product/tech-driven environments is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect across seniority levels.
  • Good understanding of the mindset and challenges of engineering, product, and
analytics professionals.
  • Analytical thinking with comfort in interpreting HR and attrition data.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to hold sensitive conversations.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and Google Sheets / Excel.
