We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in India. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR expertise and a strategic mindset to help drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage employee relations, addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
• Drive talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles.
• Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Support organizational change initiatives and culture transformation efforts.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within an organization.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
