Job Description

Role Overview: As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. Your role will involve collaborating with leadership to enhance talent management, employee engagement, and overall workforce effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational growth goals. - Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design to drive positive business outcomes. - Lead talent identification, succession planning, and leadership development programs to nurture a strong talent pipeline. - Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent and ensure effective onboarding processes for new employees. - Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, analyze feedback for continuous improvement, and uphold company values in daily operations. - Support managers in setting performance expectations, implementing performance management programs, and addressing performance-related concerns through coaching and development plans. - Lead or support organizational change initiatives, promote effective change management practices, and ensure smooth transitions during restructuring or mergers. - Handle employee concerns and grievances, act as a mediator in conflict resolution, and provide guidance on compliance with Indian labor laws and HR regulations. - Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to drive informed decision-making on talent management and employee retention, and present insights on HR initiatives to leadership teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10-17 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner role within a large or multinational organization. - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization. - Experience in organizational design, employee engagement, and performance management. - Ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment through strategic influence. - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. - High emotional intelligence with expertise in coaching, conflict resolution, and change management.,
