Job Description

 
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leadership to align HR strategies with overall organisational goals.
  • Support performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
  • Address employee relations issues, work on engagement, culture, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and legal issues.
  • Analyse HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity etc.) and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organisational design.
  • Coach managers and leaders on people management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA (HR) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in HR with significant exposure to HR business partnering.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience handling complex employee relations and change interventions.
  • Analytical mindset; ability to work with data and derive insights.
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
