HR Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Manager with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization's strategic goals through effective HR planning, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policiesDrive employee engagement, retention, and performance management processesHandle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures when requiredMonitor and support training and development programsManage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely processingCreate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metricsStay updated with HR trends, tools, and best practicesLead HR policy revisions and ensure consistent application across teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)

3–4 Years Of Experience In Core HR Functions

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHands-on experience with HR software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, BambooHR, etc.)Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

Experience in a fast-paced or startup environmentFamiliarity with employer branding and social media hiringAbility to work in a multicultural and diverse environment
