Location: MG Road, Agra (Work From Office)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).

Conduct joining formalities, documentation & induction for new employees.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves & support payroll.

Execute employee engagement activities (anniversaries, celebrations, etc.).

Handle audits, HR compliance & policy implementation.

Act as point of contact for employee queries & ensure smooth HR operations.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources or related field.

2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment & HR operations.

Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong communication, coordination & interpersonal skills.

Must be a local candidate from Agra with stability (minimum 1 year in previous company).

Immediate joiners preferred.

Working Days: 6 Days (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
