Work on ServiceNow ticket requests to address incidents, service requests, and change implementations. Participate in both Build (development/enhancement) and Run (operations/support) activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application troubleshooting and resolution. Deliver application enhancements using Java and Informatica as primary technologies. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support materials. Work Conditions : May require 12-hour standby shifts on weekends. May require 8-hour shifts aligned with EU business hours.
