We’re Hiring – Project Finance Head

Location: Chanderiya

Experience: 3 – 7 years

Salary: ₹12,00,000 – ₹25,00,000 per annum

Notice Period: 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L, Financial Statements & Accounting Standards.

Ensure compliance with Schedule III, CARO 2020 & IFC.

Manage processes like O2C, P2P, Inventory Cycle, General Ledger.

Handle Book Closing Activities (FS finalization, provision ageing, receivables, CWIP ageing).

Work on GST & Indirect Taxes – ITC review, liabilities computation, returns filing, reconciliations.

Manage Direct & Indirect Tax compliance – GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT.

Support audits – Statutory, Internal, Tax assessments.

Draft replies for tax notices & ensure statutory compliance reporting.

Exposure to SEZ, RBI/FEMA regulations preferred.

Develop & present MIS and management review reports.

Handle Loan MIS, repayments, interest, payroll, investments.

Knowledge of hedging & forex transactions.

Qualifications:

CA / CMA (first attempt preferred) or MBA (Finance).

Experience in plant finance role preferred.

Conversant in IT & accounting software.

Ideal Candidate:

Female professionals with 3–7 years of plant finance experience.

Strong compliance & audit management skills.

Capable of handling statutory, tax & financial control systems.
