Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Benefits) who will be responsible for configuration, integrations, payroll-related issue analysis, and end-to-end ownership of benefits modules.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Oracle Cloud Benefits and manage integration points with Payroll.

Analyze and resolve payroll issues linked to benefits configurations.

Own integration activities, gather requirements, and work with technical teams for delivery.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Take full ownership of deliverables with effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills

Oracle Benefits (Cloud) – Configuration & Integrations

Payroll issue analysis related to benefits

Requirements gathering & ownership of integrations

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Experience Required

8–9 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional (Benefits).
