Oracle Fusion HCM Functional

• Min 8+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.(min 3 yrs experience in OTL and absence modules is must)

Key Skills -

• Works closely with SMEs to configure absence plans within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Able to collect business requirements for Oracle Fusion Absence and OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) setup
• Develops test plans and documentation for managing the testing process.
• Review the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems.
• Demonstrates capability in managing and executing absence administration processes.
• Able to understand approval workflows and creating Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion
• Able to create technical design requirements and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
• Able to offer knowledge of best practices in a global absence module and Oracle Time and Labor based on experience.
