We’re Hiring – AM/DM/Manager – EHS

Location: Bharuch

Role: Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

Experience: 6 – 8 years

Salary Range: ₹12 – 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and strengthen Safety, Health, Environment & Fire (SHEF) systems.

Drive initiatives to improve safety culture across the plant.

Conduct safety inspections, accident/incident investigations & corrective actions.

Ensure statutory compliance with Safety, Health, Environment & Fire regulations.

Oversee firefighting equipment, mock drills & fire drills.

Lead safety trainings & awareness programs.

Carry out environment monitoring and energy conservation initiatives.

Manage Occupational Health Centre and employee wellness programs.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma Engineer / B.Sc. with Post Diploma in Industrial Safety.

6–8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing/plant operations.

Strong knowledge of safety audits, statutory compliance, fire & environment practices.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ideal Candidate:

Hands-on experience in EHS management in a manufacturing setup.

Proven record in safety audits, training, and compliance.

Capable of driving safety culture and handling statutory responsibilities.
