Required Skills/Qualifications:

Graduation (any stream) – Fresher/Experienced

Good communication (Hindi & English)

Sales & Marketing skills with passion to grow

Presentable & smart personality

2-Wheeler (preferred)

Must have compatible smartphone (Android/iOS)

Experience Required:

Graduate Freshers can apply

Immediate joiners (within 15 days) preferred

Salary Range:

CTC: ₹2.30 LPA

Fixed: ₹1.92 LPA

Incentives: Upto ₹60,000/month based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

Selling CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) and other banking products

Conducting marketing activities & meeting new customers daily

Cross-selling bank & third-party products

Handling customer queries & relationship management

Achieving daily/monthly sales targets

Following compliance & completing required certifications
