We Are Hiring – Assistant Manager – HR
Location: Bharuch
Role: HR & Administration
Experience: 4 – 7 years
Salary Range: ₹10 – 15 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Managing contract manpower through contractors.
Ensuring statutory compliance and labor law adherence.
Bill verification & payment processing.
Preparing monthly MIS reports and employee engagement initiatives.
Handling security deployment, employee health & safety, and environmental practices.
Coordinating GPA, GMC & WC policies.
Driving training & development along with skill/competency assessments.
Qualifications:
MBA in HR (preferred) / Any Graduate with relevant HR experience.
Strong communication skills.
Good knowledge of HR processes, systems, and compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Strong in contract manpower management & compliance.
Open to face-to-face interviews (local candidates preferred).
