HR Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the training catalogue and calendar, creating training programs in the LMS, and consolidating nominations for training enrollments. Additionally, you will manage booking and cancellations of training nominations/programs, coordinate pre-training activities, and support post-training activities. You will also be coordinating and supporting training programs, ensuring the execution and delivery of L&D services, and communicating information regarding policies and standards on L&D to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Update and maintain training catalogue and calendar - Create training programs in LMS - Consolidate nominations for training enrollments - Manage booking and cancellations of training nominations/programs - Coordinate pre-training activities - Support post-training activities - Coordinate and support training programs - Ensure execution and delivery of L&D services - Communicate information regarding policies and standards on L&D to internal stakeholders - Capture data related to Learning and Development into appropriate systems - Review dashboards and support post training invoicing and charging to participants Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate degree - 1-2 years of HR experience with interest in L&D - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel - Knowledge of LMS or ticketing tools is a plus - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Fluent in business English - Proactive with good planning skills and attention to detail - Ability to plan work independently according to L&D programs phases,
