In charge of following the whole team’s projects process of the product’s ECN and to ensure it is effectively completed. In charge of the progress and quality tracking for whole team’s project, Ensure the mold repair work is done well within the stipulated time and transfer it to factory, drive the buy off work. Work out the summary report for the molds which can’t be closed on time, meanwhile analysis the root causes and figure out the solutions. Assist the production site in solving any mold problems, ensuring the successful production. Keep strictly controlling on the mold cost, for the exceeded portion of debugging cost, work out the tracker to analysis and make up the improvement plan.
