Job Description

Job description Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms Manage onboarding and new hire process Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with the client requirement. Build Client relationships and make sure the numbers are delivered within the given BRD. Qualifications for Recruiter Any Under Graduate/ Graduate. Freshers who are passionate about recruitments can apply. Need to hold at least 6 months of BPO recruitment experience . Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Salary: 2.0 Lacs to 3.5 Lacs + performance Incentives 20%- 30% hike on the last drawn CTC for experienced candidates. Work Hours: Its work from office, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 2nd and 4th Saturday Week Off.
