Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and detail-oriented HR & Sales Operations Specialist or HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should not only be professional with a strong foundation in human resources, for end-to-end recruitment and payroll management, but should also be coupled with experience in managing sales data and supporting sales department functions in order to collaborate with the sales department to manage sales reports and support operational efficiency.  Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: 1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and conducting screening for candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers using job portals, social platforms, and internal databases. 2. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 3. Manage onboarding and documentation of new hire and ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new hires. Compensation & Benefits Management: 1. Administer and manage accurate employee compensation records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws. 2. Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements. 3. Manage statutory compliance related to salaries (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). 4. Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits. 5. Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmark compensation to ensure competitiveness. Sales Report & Department Management: 1.Develop, analyze, collect, organize and present comprehensive daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 2.Coordinate with the sales team to track KPIs and department goals. 3.Generate performance summaries and assist in strategic sales planning and setting sales targets and tracking performance metrics. 4.Support smooth communication between HR and Sales departments. 5.Collaborate with the sales department to optimize sales processes and strategies. 6.Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data management as needed.
