Role Overview: As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be the voice of our brand across various platforms. Your role will involve content planning, community engagement, campaign management, and driving user interaction that converts into real business value. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. * Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement. * Collaborate with design and marketing teams for multimedia content and promotional campaigns. * Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and competitor activity. * Assist with influencer collaborations, ad campaigns, and brand events as needed. Candidate Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. * 0–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation. * Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills. * Familiarity with Canva, basic design tools, and reel editing apps. * Understanding of social media algorithms and post-performance metrics. * A creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
