Job Description 1. Telecalling Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients, HR managers, admin teams, purchase departments, and event planners. Explain company products, services, offers, and customization options. Maintain follow-up calls to convert leads into meetings or orders. Maintain and update CRM / Excel sheets with daily call records. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and route them to the sales team.
