  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed
