Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Partner (Global) with 5–10 years of experience in managing HR systems, data, and global employee operations. This role will be the backbone of our global HR processes — overseeing HRIS, maintaining data accuracy, driving compensation and salary benchmarking, and ensuring seamless coordination with global benefits and insurance partners.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of U.S. HR operations, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-border teams to deliver operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

Global HRIS & Data Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s global HRIS ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline system workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Lead HR data audits and support analytics/reporting for leadership decision-making.
  • Support system set-up and administration of Performance Review cycle in collaboration with HR leaders and Performance Review project team


Onboarding/Offboarding & Pay Administration:

  • Collaborate with PEO & EOR service providers and Logile’s payroll, IT and learning teams to own onboarding/offboarding administration of all new hires and exits
  • Own administration of all internal employee moves, promo’s and pay changes


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Support global compensation benchmarking, salary structure reviews, and pay equity analyses.
  • Liaise with insurance, benefits, and payroll service providers for U.S. and other international employees.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of benefits enrollments, renewals, and claims coordination.


Employee Support & Case Resolution:

  • Act as a global point of contact for HR-related queries regarding payroll, insurance, benefits, and policies.
  • Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and superior employee experience.
  • Maintain documentation of cases, escalations, and SLAs.


Process & Policy Support:

  • Assist in building and improving standard operating procedures for global HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies across regions.
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance documentation.


Collaboration & Partnership:

  • Work closely with HRBPs, Finance, and Legal teams across geographies.
  • Partner with U.S. HR and leadership teams to align on compensation and benefits practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency.



Job Location & Schedule:

  • This role is based at Logile Bhubaneswar Office.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones (primarily U.S. hours) is required.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR operations, global HRIS, and benefits administration, preferably supporting U.S. & U.K. employees.
  • Proven experience working with global HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or similar). Experience with Rippling HCM a plus.
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking and benefits coordination.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
