Job Summary:

HR Manager / HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage complete HR operations including attendance, leave management, documentation, and employee records.
  • Handle HR coordination and day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of HR MIS and maintain accurate HR data and reports.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory, office, and managerial roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, selection, appointment letters, and onboarding process.
  • Ensure proper induction and orientation of new employees.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage payroll processing, salary structure, increments, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for audits and compliance filings.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain healthy employee relations and act as a bridge between management and employees.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Performance & Retention

  • Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Implement employee retention strategies to reduce attrition.
  • Support training and skill development programs.

HR Policies & Exit Management

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policy awareness and compliance across the organization.
  • Handle exit processes including resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.

HR Strategy & Business HR

  • Align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to management.
  • Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and culture building.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll Management, and Labor Laws.
  • Experience in handling manufacturing workforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Hands-on experience with HR MIS and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • Only Male candidates are preferred.

  • Experience of 5 yr in Manufacturing / Factory HR will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end HR responsibilities.
