Full Time
• Maintain and audit attendance, leave, and shift records to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs validate attendance, variable pay data,deductions, and reimbursements; liaise with Finance for timely payroll processing.
• Support statutory compliance activities, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, and other related filings in coordination with external consultants or payroll vendors.
• Maintain and update employee master data for compliance and audits.
• Manage employee workload tracking maintain team allocation and utilization dashboards; flag workload imbalances and assist leads with reallocation plans.
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attrition, attendance trends, utilization, and payroll summaries.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes offer letters, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements.
• Address employee queries on HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, data protection standards, and statutory laws.
• Conduct initial screening interviews
• Plan and execute quarterly employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Support wellness, culture-building, and appreciation programs across teams.
• 24 years of HR operations experience; experience in healthcare or BPO setup
preferred.
• Exposure to payroll coordination and statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT) required.
