Job Description:Job Title: Asst Manager - HR operations – Mumbai

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – HR Operations with strong hands-on experience in HR processes and Qandle HRMS. The role will focus on managing day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle, HR compliance, payroll support, HRMS administration, and employee engagement, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the HR department.

Job Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

-Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits).
-Maintain and update employee records in Qandle HRMS and ensure accuracy.-Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation as per policies.-Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management through Qandle.-Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and generate reports.

HRMS (Qandle) Administration

-Act as the SPOC for Qandle HRMS for employees and managers.
-Configure, update, and optimize workflows within the platform.-Generate dashboards and MIS reports on headcount, attrition, leaves, payroll, etc.-Train employees/managers on using Qandle features effectively.

Compliance & Policy Management

-Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
-Maintain HR documentation in line with audit and legal standards.-Assist in drafting/updating HR policies and SOPs.

Employee Engagement & Support

-Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.
-Drive HR initiatives around employee engagement, surveys, and communication.-Support HR team in organizing training, events, and recognition programs.Key Skills:Mandatory:

Mandatory hands-on experience with Qandle HRMS (configuration, reporting, payroll integration).
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.Compliance and audit readiness.Contribution to employee engagement & retention initiatives.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in interior design

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
