HR Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including employee records, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Manage HR systems (HRIS/ATS) and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with labor laws and company standards.
• Partner with HR leadership to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and government-mandated requirements.
• Provide analytics and reporting to support HR strategy and decision-making.
• Lead HR projects such as system implementations, process automation, and policy rollouts.
• Coach and support HR team members to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR management, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and data reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process improvement or HR transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics.
• Familiarity with global HR operations (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
