About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful

Manager – Talent Management

to join the Human Capital team at a leading global investment and technology-driven firm. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic people operations initiatives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
  • Lead a team to ensure smooth and efficient operational processes aligned with business goals.
  • Drive HRMS automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Define and implement operational targets and KPIs for HR operations.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Act as a key liaison for employee queries, process escalations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with HR Tech and other internal teams to align operations with the broader talent strategy.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

  • Graduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–12 years of HR operations experience, with at least 4 years in a people management role.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale employee operations and process-driven teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow management and cross-functional execution.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, policy implementation, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

🌟 Preferred Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Prior experience with HR tech platforms like Workday or equivalent.
  • Exposure to HR automation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Candidates with a career break and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

  • Candidates must currently be operating at Lead or Manager level.
  • Profiles from HR Business Partner backgrounds will not be considered.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated job stability – minimum 2 years in a single organization.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Tier 1 colleges and companies.
