HR Operations Manager

You will be responsible for building core HR practices across multiple locations of the program, in alignment with the program head's talent development strategies to achieve program objectives. Your primary focus will be on establishing a robust HR practice to support program scaling, including devising hiring strategies and fostering talent development. It is essential to keep the HR head informed about new HR initiatives and practices. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring a healthy work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances promptly. Your duties will also involve ensuring the consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures, supporting the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations at the regional level. You will be required to maintain accurate employee records, develop and execute employee engagement activities, organize events to enhance team collaboration and morale, and promote organizational values through various initiatives. Qualifications for this role include a Master's degree in human resource management, a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR operations and compliance management, the ability to assess learning needs and align training programs with organizational objectives, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
