Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
End-to-end
Payroll Management
with 100% accuracy
Statutory Compliance:
PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment
Handling statutory filings, audits, and documentation
Handle Full & Final (F&F) settlements and exit formalities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and internal controls
Attendance & leave management impacting payroll
Address employee queries related to HR operations and payroll/attendance grievance handling
Team coordination and process optimization

Required Skills & Competencies

High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems ( GreytHR is preferred )
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR
6+ years of experience in
HR operations, Payroll and Compliance

Additional Requirements

Experience handling large headcount payroll
Personal laptop is a must: Laptop (16GB RAM), Windows 10/11, Minimum 50 Mbps Internet
Reliable internet connectivity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
