HR Operations Manager

1. Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Lead the annual manpower planning and budgeting process for all entities.Ensure manpower availability aligns with approved plans.Maintain alignment between headcount and business requirements.2. Performance Management
Develop and roll out role-based Balanced Scorecards (BSC) and KPIs.Monitor and improve performance levels across business units.Maintain the talent matrix and support performance discussions3. Training & Development
Create and manage the annual training calendar and budget.Ensure availability of role-based orientation content and tool access.Update training materials following any process or policy changes.4. Retention & Employee Experience
Support employee retention initiatives across all departments.Enhance employee experience and monitor satisfaction indicators, including social media ratings.
