Job Title: HR Operations Manager (Work from Home)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Manager to work from home and lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be energetic, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional HR services. This role requires a graduate in HR or a related field with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management

- Manage and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

2. Client Management

- Conduct client meetings and provide HR support as needed

- Manage multiple client relationships and provide tailored HR solutions

- Travel as required for client meetings and business purposes

3. Talent Acquisition

- Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit for various roles

- Oversee recruitment processes and ensure timely hiring

4. HR Analytics and Insights

- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes

- Use data-driven approaches to inform HR decisions

5. Collaboration and Leadership

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

- Lead HR teams and provide guidance on HR operations

Requirements:

- Graduation in HR or a related field (e.g., MBA in HR, MA in Industrial Relations)

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR operations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven experience in managing HR operations and leading teams

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business purposes

- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems)
