Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding the right talent. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of various hiring platforms, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

* Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).

* Conduct initial screening, interviews, and shortlisting of candidates.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

* Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

* Handle offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding formalities.

* Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.

* Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

* Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize effectively.

* Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B or service-based industries.

Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes beyond recruitment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
