Job Description:

SOLIZE PARTNERS is seeking an HR Operations Manager who can excel in a dynamic, evolving environment. The ideal candidate values process discipline yet is comfortable operating in an organisation where systems and structures are still maturing. This role is responsible for building HR frameworks, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of collaboration and empathy across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

•Design, enhance, and implement HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

•Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS administration, compliance, payroll coordination, and exit processes.

•Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business teams, Talent Acquisition, payroll, finance, and leadership.

•Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance.

•Grievance Handling - Address employees are concerned with empathy, fairness, and sound judgment.

•Promote process discipline while maintaining flexibility to support business needs.

•Operations – Training, performance evaluation, salary revision, Rewards & recognition administration and documentation

•Employee health insurance and administration

•Contract employees’ management.


Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

•6–12 years of experience in end-to-end HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRMS, compliance, letters, payroll coordination, exit management, and audits.

•Knowledge of labor law and compliances.

•Proven ability to work effectively with employees, managers, Talent Acquisition, payroll, finance, and senior leadership.

•Strong communication, alignment, and expectation-management skills.

•Ability to influence stakeholders through trust, clarity, and relationship-building rather than authority.

•Experience in process-driven industries such as IT/ITES, manufacturing, automotive, engineering services, or consulting.

•Comfortable working in an organisation with evolving processes and systems.

•Demonstrates empathy, problem-solving capability, and a process-builder mindset.

•High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.


Good-to-Have Skills

•Openness to experimentation and continuous improvement in HR operations.

•Experience designing and implementing workflows, policies, checklists, and governance frameworks.

•Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or undefined operational areas.

•Experience HR budget, Employee development, driving engagement, facilitating training and talent management.
