Manager in Talent Management (TM)

. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Oversee a team and manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to separation.
  • Drive HRMS automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Define operational targets and goals for the HR department aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Supervise day-to-day activities, measure performance, and build operational excellence.
  • Set objectives, track progress, and address employee queries.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with the Human Capital Technology team and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with wider group strategy.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Graduate/Master’s degree with 7–12 years of relevant work experience in HR operations, including minimum 4 years of people management experience.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and focus on delivery.
  • Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in workflow management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Robust knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience on Workday will be an added advantage.

  • HR Operations and Benefits experience.
  • 7–12 years of overall experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of people management experience.
  • Candidate must currently be at Lead/Manager level.

  • No gaps in education or employment.
  • Avoid HRBP-only profiles.
