Job Description

As an experienced professional in Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of global HR processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing HR Operations: You will oversee the end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, compliance monitoring, documentation maintenance, and reporting. It will be your duty to maintain and enforce HR policies to support the seamless functioning of global HR operations. Internal Mobility Oversight: You will be in charge of monitoring role changes, transfers, promotions, and internal job postings. Collaborating with leaders, you will maintain a role matrix and assist in planning internal mobility strategies to support organizational growth and development. HR Systems & Data Management: Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy of HR data across systems and generating reports on metrics such as headcount, attrition rates, and employee movements. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying opportunities for automation and process enhancements to streamline HR operations. Compliance & Audit Responsibility: You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Leading HR audits with thorough documentation will be part of your responsibilities to uphold regulatory standards and organizational guidelines. Employee Support and Query Resolution: Handling escalated HR queries and addressing employee requests related to policies and benefits will be an essential aspect of your role. Providing timely and efficient support to employees will contribute to a positive employee experience and a productive work environment. Team Leadership and Development: Leading and nurturing the HR Ops team will be a key aspect of your role. Fostering a culture of service, process excellence, and accountability within the team will be essential to drive operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives. Your expertise and leadership in these areas will be instrumental in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of the organization.,
