Job Description:Job Title: Solution Architect – Housing Finance - Mumbai We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business objectives. You will play a critical role in defining architectural standards, integrating systems, and ensuring scalability, performance, and security across our platforms. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of complex solutions. Job Responsibility - Design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable, high-performing, and secure enterprise solutions. - Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and technical specifications. - Guide development teams through architecture and design decisions during project lifecycles. - Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. - Evaluate new technologies and platforms for fit and recommend strategic investments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current systems, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and oversight to solution architects and engineers. - Maintain architectural documentation and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders. - Drive innovation and modernization initiatives such as cloud migration, microservices adoption, and DevOps integrationKey Skills:Key Skills: - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong understanding of security principles and data privacy regulations. Mandatory: - 12+ years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in a solution architecture role. - Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Domain expertise in finance. - Proven experience in architecting large-scale enterprise applications and integrations. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, APIs, and modern architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven).
