Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compensation, compliance, and organizational development.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Design and implement smooth onboarding programs to enhance employee experience
  • Ensure structured exit processes including exit interviews and knowledge transfer

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer compensation programs and ensure competitive salary structures
  • Manage employee benefits programs and liaise with vendors
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Performance Management
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues
Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives
  • Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts
Compliance & Legal
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements and best practices
HR Strategy & Policy
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development
Leave Policy Management
  • Administer and monitor leave policies in accordance with statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate leave records and ensure transparency
Organizational Development
  • Drive change management initiatives and support organizational transformation
  • Conduct workforce planning and succession planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
